Using structural equation modelling for understanding relationships influencing the middle school technology teacher’s attitudes toward STEAM education in Korea

Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between technology teachers’ attitudes toward STEAM education and cooperation instructional resources collaboration, school educational change receptivity, expertise efficacy. population comprised about 3500 teachers working in middle schools Korea, sample size set at 650. Data were collected parallel with postal surveys online surveys. A total 650 copies distributed, which 409 recovered, 283 used for analysis after data cleaning. Mplus 7 program analysis, significance level 5%. First, we found that suitability model established clarify education, resource expertise, efficacy generally good, so variables reasonably confirmed.
